Based on your critical to function dimensions, detailed inspection is provided throughout the mold build process to ensure accuracy.

PT. Tridaya Artaguna Santara, quality lab can provide both contact and non-contact inspection using the latest technology and equipment. Our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) provides inspection of electrodes, cores, cavities and pins. Our MicroVu allows us to inspect dimensions on hard and soft parts. Detailed inspection reports are included in the mold manual, which is provided with every completed tool.
